A very important move is being made with the creation of the Investor Reception Department, providing integrated high level services, to every potential investor who wishes to be active in any sector of the Greek economy, and the investment of a new Project shopping center in South Rhodes, four new holiday homes and new offices in the city center.
From 2023 to 2026, Kourtis Group significantly expanded its presence beyond its initial areas of operation, strengthening its footprint across several key regions in Greece. During this period, the company extended its activities to Karpathos, Crete, and the wider South Aegean region.
